INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT PRACTITIONER
Amanda is an actress, director, educator, and founder of Alternative Synergy The Company, with years of experience developing movement-based practices centered on emotional awareness, performance, and embodied expression.

What this is

A movement-based practice for people who already understand themselves but struggle to change how they show up in real life. Through guided movement, music, and real-time exploration, we create a space where insight becomes action — in the body, not just the mind.

This is not about processing. It's about execution.

This is not somatic therapy. It is something distinct — a mind-body connection activated through action. A private space where your patterns become visible, workable, and finally, moveable.

Who it supports

People who are doing the inner work — in therapy, in reflection, in growth — but find themselves returning to the same patterns, hesitations, or ways of being.

If you understand what needs to change but can't seem to make it move — this work is for you.

How it works

Sessions are guided, private, and movement-based. Using music, physical exploration, and real-time reflection, we create live conditions where your patterns become visible — and workable.

No performance required. No dance experience needed. Just a willingness to move.

What this is not: psychotherapy, dance therapy, somatic therapy, or clinical treatment. Amanda does not diagnose or treat. This practice is designed to complement therapy — helping clients embody what they are already exploring in the room with their therapist.

For Therapists

If you work with clients who are self-aware and motivated but stuck in the same cycles — this is where they come next. Amanda works as a professional complement to your practice, not a replacement for it.

Referrals are welcome. Collaboration is encouraged.
