Consulting for Arts Organizations

Building Arts
Organizations
That Last

Most arts founders don't fail because they lack talent or passion. They rush before they've taken the time to understand why their organization needs to exist at all.

Starting an arts organization is one thing. Building one that can grow, evolve, and remain true to its purpose for years to come is another.

Amanda works with founders, artistic directors, and creative leaders ready to build something real: organizations rooted in a clear purpose, a genuine voice, and a structure that actually fits the people inside it.

Not borrowed from someone else's model. Yours.

What We Work On

Organizational Structure

We design leadership roles, communication systems, and organizational frameworks that fit where you are now and where you're going.

Founder Support

Support for founders navigating leadership, creative decisions, doubt, burnout, and the realities of building something from the ground up.
