About Amanda
She didn't study how to build an arts organization. She built one.
Amanda Spilinga is the Founder and Executive & Artistic Director of Alternative Synergy The Company, a New York City–based arts organization built from the ground up into a multidisciplinary company with original methodology, performances, educational programming, community initiatives, and partnerships.
Her consulting work supports founders and creative leaders who are serious about building organizations that are structurally sound, culturally healthy, and genuinely their own.
