Thank you for choosing Alternative Synergy The Company (ASTC).
Our goal is to provide a professional, respectful, and creative environment where every participant can learn, grow, and collaborate safely. By purchasing a product or service from ASTC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Studio Policies & Terms.

Payment
Payment is required in full before any class, workshop, private session, consulting service, event, membership, or product begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Payments made to Alternative Synergy The Company are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Workshops
Classes
Open Floor Sessions
Private Sessions
Consulting Services
Organizational Identity Packages
Synergy Guild Memberships
Digital Products
Merchandise
If ASTC cancels a class, workshop, or event, participants will receive either:
a credit toward a future program,
a transfer to another available program,
or, at ASTC’s discretion, a refund.

Private Sessions
Private sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice, subject to instructor and studio availability.
Requests made with less than seven (7) days’ notice are non-refundable due to studio rental commitments and scheduling costs.
ASTC may, at its sole discretion, approve a one-time rescheduling request under exceptional circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Private sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the session.
No Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled private session without prior notice will be considered a completed session and is non-refundable.
Workshops & Classes
Workshop registrations are non-transferable unless approved by ASTC.

Participation in dance, movement, fitness, performance, and educational activities involves inherent physical risk.
By participating in any ASTC activity, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Alternative Synergy The Company, its instructors, employees, assistants, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
injuries,
accidents,
illnesses,
medical expenses,
personal property loss,
or damages arising from participation in ASTC programs.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate and are encouraged to seek medical advice when appropriate.
Participants are responsible for informing ASTC of any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that may affect participation.

ASTC may photograph or record classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and events for educational, archival, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
By participating in group activities, participants acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings are responsible for informing ASTC before the activity begins.
ASTC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests whenever possible.

Consulting services include, but are not limited to:
Organizational Identity
Brand Positioning
Messaging Strategy
Educational Consulting
Creative Direction
Payment
Payment is due before consulting services begin.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely communication, feedback, and requested materials necessary for the completion of the project.
Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared throughout the consulting process will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s permission unless required by law.

ASTC occasionally offers physical merchandise, apparel, and other products through its online shop.
Shipping
Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and destination.
ASTC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
Unless a product arrives damaged or defective, merchandise sales are final.
Requests regarding damaged items must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and include photographic documentation.

All choreography, movement methodologies, educational materials, written content, consulting frameworks, presentations, organizational identity documents, videos, recordings, graphics, and digital materials produced by Alternative Synergy The Company remain the intellectual property of ASTC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use final deliverables for their intended personal or organizational purposes.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, modified, taught, or published without prior written permission from ASTC.

Alternative Synergy The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
ASTC shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
These Studio Policies & Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Alternative Synergy The Company reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version published on the ASTC website shall apply to future purchases and bookings.
