A Workshop for Women

What If YOU COME

AS YOU ARE?

Give yourself permission to be more than one thing.

Two-Hour Workshop

Explore the different versions of yourself—and what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to notice, soften, play, and respond differently.

For women ready to access the fullness of who they already are. No experience necessary. Limited to 12.

Permission Starts Here …

Join Amanda Spilinga & Jaki Silver, LCSW for an experiential workshop designed for women ready to access more of themselves.

Led by Two Experts

Amanda Spilinga

AMANDA SPILINGA

Integrative Movement Practitioner & ASTC Founder

Amanda works with people who understand themselves intellectually but still feel stuck in their bodies. She knows that language alone isn't enough—sometimes your body needs to speak first.

Through movement, she helps you access and process the patterns you carry—the armor you've built, the ways you've learned to protect yourself, the stories your body remembers. She is a Brooklyn Arts Council grantee committed to creating spaces where truth, agency, and transformation happen inside the body itself.

Jaki Silver, LCSW

JAKI SILVER, LCSW

Relational Therapist & Emotional Awareness Specialist

Jaki helps people move past stuck patterns—the automatic ways you respond, the parts of yourself you've learned to hide. She creates space for deep insight and emotional aliveness.

Her work centers on emotional awareness and what becomes possible when you access more of yourself. She believes that real transformation happens when you can feel it, express it, and move through it—not just think about it.

Together, Amanda and Jaki bring somatic expertise and therapeutic insight to help you discover the different ways you can move, respond, relate, and be yourself.
