What If You Come As You Are?
What If You Come As You Are?
A women-centered experiential workshop with Amanda Spilinga & Jaki Silver, LCSW
Give yourself permission to be more than one thing.
How many versions of yourself do you carry through an ordinary day?
The capable one. The caretaker. The one who gets things done. The one who knows what to say. The one who keeps going even when she would rather stop.
And then there are the parts of you that may get a little less room.
What If You Come As You Are? is a two-hour experiential workshop for women exploring the different ways we move, respond, relate, and express ourselves — and what becomes possible when we become curious about the patterns we usually move through automatically.
Through guided movement, music, mindfulness, reflection, and conversation, Amanda and Jaki will invite you to notice how your body responds to familiar experiences like pressure, connection, responsibility, uncertainty, receiving support, and letting go.
You’ll have opportunities to explore the parts of yourself other people know well — and to make a little more room for the ones that may not always get to lead.
There is nothing to perform, nothing to get right, and no movement experience required. You’ll be encouraged to participate at your own pace in a warm, consent-centered environment.
This workshop isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone different.
It’s about discovering that you may already have more ways to move, more ways to respond, and more ways to be yourself than you realized.
