Our beginner contemporary dance class is designed for absolute beginner dancers who are new to Contemporary dance, new to dance in general or have 1-2 years of dance experience. 

If you have been waiting to get back into dance, if dance has fallen to the wayside, or if you are looking to start making movement a part of your active lifestyle - this is a dream class for you.

You will feel empowered with a new found body confidence and mental stimulation by exploring fundamental contemporary dance technique, improving your spatial awareness, strengthening muscle control, learning rhythm and musicality. 

This is the class for you if you don't necessarily want to be in the spotlight (performing on stage) but want to use movement to feel like you are dancing in the centre stage of your life.

In one hour you will be immersed in a world of discovering your new potential, self- worth, and walk out with new confidence, a deeper connection to your body, mind, and heart.
